Sitting to much - driving a lot - constant stress? All of these things can cause tightness in one of our major hip flexors known as the PSOAS muscle.

Rounded shoulders? Spend to much time slumping forward? This express 10 minute shoulder tune up is just what you need. With no meditations, this session is all about helping you connect to where your scapula should be sitting, and I guarantee your shoulders will feel amazing after it. By regularly practicing joint releasing exercises, you will keep your joints moving happily. The simple movements in this session can be done anytime anywhere. Pick a few to use as micro pauses during your day.

This is not a traditional yoga session. It is a combination of strecthes and nerve flossing techniques that will hep to sooth sciatica pain. IMPORTANT: If you have lower back pain or your sciatica is a result of an injury, work in person with a physio before trying this session. You will need a chair, and some blocks (or large books) Enjoy, Bec x

This session is ideal if you have overactive hip flexor muscles (in particular the PSOAS). A combination of isometric relaxation techniques, block work and breathing exercises has the potential to let the muscles relax more, than just stretching alone.
