Restorative Yoga
Be bathed in ound bowls and beautiful guided meditations, these special sessions are like a deep exhale for the soul, they are the ulitmate soul treat.
The class size is kept small, so everyone can enjoy little bits of massage and reiki during the session.
You will be lead through a beautiful, calming, grounding and deeply nurturing yoga session. With the use of blankets, pillows and props, your body and mind will feel supported, allowing you do relax and restore.
