A short sharpie, where we just get straight into moving the body. It is amazing how much better you feel after even 10 minutes of mind, body connection.

I will guide you through a gentle practice, beginning with some neck stretches, using visulaization and affirmations to connect with the power of your voice.

This is the last session in the Chakra Series - a really gentle and slow paces restorative styled session, the brings us to a guided meditation. Our meditation focuses on bringing all of the chakras together. Enjoy x

A class to focus on the engagement of your glutes. If your glutes are not firing, it can cause tightness in the hips and lower back pain.

A quick class focusing on the mind/body connection with the deeper abdominal muscles, that provide stability and support for the lower back, and functional movement for the hips. This class is one that would be great to do often. Enjoy x

Bring balance and focus into your day. I love starting the day with balance postures. It helps you start with that mind, body connection.

A 15 minute session designed to leave your mind and body feeling amazing. We begin and end with alternate nostril breathing to calm and focus the mind.

A balanced, full body 50 minute yoga session. Starting and ending with relaxing meditations, with a great combination of movements in between to leave your mind and body feeling recharged.

Working to create strength and stability in your legs. If you are not used to using your glute med, be prepared to feel challenged by some of these movements!

A feel good flow, without using your hands. No down dogs, no planks.... but it still has a few challenges

Sitting to much - driving a lot - constant stress? All of these things can cause tightness in one of our major hip flexors known as the PSOAS muscle.

A gentle slow flow session, with a breath focus. We begin with alternate nostril breathing, then move into some gentle yoga postures, before ending with a guided mental alternate nostril breathing meditation.

Does your lower back feel stiff and sore and sore when you wake up? This session is full of movements that gently allow you to gain more mobility in your lower back in the morning, allowing for better movement throughout your day. Enjoy Bec x

This is not a traditional yoga session. It is a combination of strecthes and nerve flossing techniques that will hep to sooth sciatica pain. IMPORTANT: If you have lower back pain or your sciatica is a result of an injury, work in person with a physio before trying this session. This session is ideal if you have overactive hip flexor muscles (in particular the PSOAS). A combination of isometric relaxation techniques, block work and breathing exercises has the potential to let the muscles relax more, than just stretching alone.
