A feel good flow, without using your hands. No down dogs, no planks.... but it still has a few challenges

This quick session has one goal, to help de-escalate strong emotions and feelings. We start with a simple breathing exercise that quickly calms the nervous system, it is a great technique to learn and have in your life toolbox, for those moments of overwhelm. Enjoy x

A gentle slow flow session, with a breath focus. We begin with alternate nostril breathing, then move into some gentle yoga postures, before ending with a guided mental alternate nostril breathing meditation.

By regularly practicing joint releasing exercises, you will keep your joints moving happily. The simple movements in this session can be done anytime anywhere. Pick a few to use as micro pauses during your day.

A restorative session to create a sense of calmness throughout. Often what we crave during stages of perimenopause is for things that are not high intensity, we want something calming and cooling, and this is what this practice is for.
