A class to ignite your creativity. Working with the power of the Sacral Chakra, this class has unique transitions between poses that I would not normally do. Often all it takes to bring the spark of creativity into your life is in doing something a little different.

This gentle yoga session focuses on our self motivation, using yoga, visualization and affirmations to begin to connect with the thing that drives you forward.

A gentle full body flow, bringing movement, awareness and gratitude to your entire body.

I will guide you through a gentle practice, beginning with some neck stretches, using visulaization and affirmations to connect with the power of your voice.

A balanced, full body 50 minute yoga session. Starting and ending with relaxing meditations, with a great combination of movements in between to leave your mind and body feeling recharged.

Working to create strength and stability in your legs. If you are not used to using your glute med, be prepared to feel challenged by some of these movements!

How supportive is your foundation? We wouldn't build a home on an unsteady foundation..... are you stacking your muscles, joints and bones on top of weak feet?

A gentle slow flow session, with a breath focus. We begin with alternate nostril breathing, then move into some gentle yoga postures, before ending with a guided mental alternate nostril breathing meditation.

Neck, shoulders, hips and legs ..... this session has the whole body covered. After I taught this session in person, I had four people say separately, "it's like you knew exactly what I needed".
