Joint Releasing

During perimenopause the changes in our hormones levels, causes a gradual loss of fluid within out joints. The changes do happen so slowly, that they often go unnoticed until you begin to feel stiffness and restrictions in movement in your joints. The good news is, we can definitely do something about it. By regularly practicing joint releasing exercises, you will keep your joints moving happily. The simple movements in this session can be done anytime anywhere. Pick a few to use as micro pauses during your day. Think of these movements now as an investment in your movements in the future. Enjoy Bec x
