Soothing Sciatica
This is not a traditional yoga session. It is a combination of strecthes and nerve flossing techniques that will hep to sooth sciatica pain. IMPORTANT: If you have lower back pain or your sciatica is a result of an injury, work in person with a physio before trying this session.
