Express Movement
A 15 minute session designed to leave your mind and body feeling amazing. We begin and end with alternate nostril breathing to calm and focus the mind. The session is a balanced gentle flow, to give a little bit of attention to each part. 15 minutes of yoga a day, is a great, achievable length to commit to.
