A class to ignite your creativity. Working with the power of the Sacral Chakra, this class has unique transitions between poses that I would not normally do. Often all it takes to bring the spark of creativity into your life is in doing something a little different. Let's step away from the predictability of our daily lives. Creating is a basic human need for fulfillment. If you are an artist, if you are an engineer, if you are an accountant, we all create, and when we are, we feel that excitement for life that comes along with it.
